ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter broke the news on the Eagles signing former Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Joshua Uche. Did he break news on Brandon Graham as well?
Coming off the Eagles’ Super Bowl win, the veteran Birds defender is contemplating retirement after spending his entire 15-year career in Philadelphia.
Graham, 36, is technically an unrestricted free agent and has yet to announce a decision about his future. But in a social media post announcing the Uche signing, Schefter said the move was made by the Eagles “to help replace Josh Sweat and Brandon Graham.”

Graham missed the last month of the regular season and most of the playoffs with a torn tricep, which he reportedly re-injured during the Super Bowl, according to Derrick Gunn. But the Eagles veteran appeared to hint at his return during a speech following last month’s Super Bowl parade.
“The only problem that I have is that it’s over,” Graham said. “This season is over and we’re getting ready for the next one.”
